Our ancestors lived off the land from day to day successfully. Our modern world is losing the knowledge of how to forage our Wild Delights. Through our course we will show you how to find and identify edible plants safely and sustainably. Helping you regain this knowledge and enjoy a truly wild meal.

Duration: 1 full day.

Starts 10.00am and ends 3.00pm.

Location: Merthyr Mawr Estate, Bridgend, South Wales.

Courses detail: this is an introduction into the woodland wild food foraging enabling you to safely and sustainably gain knowledge of the native plant, fungi and tree species and how some are prepared and cooked. Lunch of course will be foraged !

Cost:
Basic Course – £75 per person.

One to one:
Basic Course – £110.
Advanced Course – £170
