Hunting, Tracking and Trapping Skills

Duration: 1 or 2 full days.
Starts 10.00am and ends 4.00pm.

Location: Merthyr Mawr Estate, Bridgend, South Wales.

Overnight stay: Sleeping in Hammocks or Shelters.

Courses detail: On this course you will be taught how to hunt and track your own food, whether it be via traps, snares, bows and arrows, or with a hawk (time of year dependable).

You will be taught how to skin and prepare your game from rabbits to fowl, and sometimes even dear. All animals have different habits so to hunt them requires different methods. You will also have the opportunity to make your own traps, as well a setting them.

Understandably there is no guarantee that you will catch your food within this time limit, however food will be provided.
